Overview

ConsultPro is a complete PHP web application designed for consultants, advisors, and professionals who want to manage online consultation requests easily and efficiently. It includes all essential features to handle client inquiries, track progress, and manage completed consultations, all within a simple and modern dashboard.

Features

General

• Fully coded in pure PHP, MySQL, HTML, and CSS

Booking System

• Users can submit: Full Name, Email, Phone Number, Date & Time, Notes / Message
• Bookings are stored automatically in the database

Admin Panel

• Secure login system (username + password)
• Dashboard showing: Total consultations received, Total completed consultations
• Page to view all incoming consultations (pending)
• Page to view completed consultations
• Ability to mark consultations as completed

Settings Page

• Edit social media links (Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Change admin username and password (requires entering the old password)
• All changes are saved instantly in the database

• Responsive layout (works on all devices)

• Works on any normal shared hosting

Requirements

• PHP 7.4 or higher
• MySQL database
• Apache or Nginx server (XAMPP, WAMP, Laragon, or any shared hosting)

Instructions

1. Upload files to your hosting or local server root folder (htdocs/www/public_html)
2. Create a MySQL database
3. Import the file database.sql into your database
4. Open the file db.php and update: Database host, Database username, Database password, Database name
5. Visit the website in your browser: domain-name/admin/ → Admin login panel
6. Enter the default admin credentials (included in the documentation)
7. Start using: Dashboard to monitor statistics, Bookings to see new consultations, Completed to track finished consultations, Settings to update social links and change admin password
8. Customize your landing page from the dashboard to match your brand. No code is required — you can easily customize images, text, and colors without coding
